The summary helps fundraisers understand the supporter quickly before planning outreach or recording follow-up activity. The output is driven by an AI prompt configured for PowerWorker Engage. The prompt uses available record data and formats the response into a short snapshot, donor status, key insights, priority actions or risks where relevant, and a recommended next move. The actual prompt should not be included in public documentation. ### View a Contact Donor Summary 1. Navigate to Development area. 2. Navigate to Relationships section. 3. Select Contacts. 4. Open a donor Contact record. 5. On the Summary tab, review the AI-generated Client Donor Summary displayed above the Contact Snapshot. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/7abff6c0-4eeb-4bb0-a6a4-8718bf640435/Images/Documentation/image(793).png) ### What the summary covers - Giving history and recent donation activity. - Engagement signals such as campaign participation and recent activity. - Communication constraints such as missing or unvalidated contact details. - Priority actions, if available from the donor record. - Recommended next move for stewardship or fundraising follow-up. ### View an Organisation and Household Donor Summary You can use similar AI-generated summaries on Oragnisation records. Organisation summaries use a corporate relationship lens, while Household summaries use a family and household giving lens. 1. Navigate to Development area. 2. Navigate to Relationships section. 3. Select Oragnisations or Households. 4. Open a Organisation or Household record. 5. On the Summary tab, review the AI-generated Donor Summary displayed. **Important**: AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies or omit context when source data is incomplete. Users should review the summary before using it for donor communication or decision-making.
