Contacts are individuals you work with to raise funds. They can be independent donors and can donate or help arrange donations as part of an organisation. In PowerWorker Engage, you browse and manage contacts by using the Contacts entity.
A Contact can also be linked to an Organisation or a Household, either of which can have more than one contact.
Once a Contact and/or an Account is created, various options are available for receiving donations. These options have been described in the Fundraising section.
