The 3 components of vForm are:

vForm Templates
These are the foundational templates where surveys are designed using SurveyJS. They define the structure and content of the survey.
vForm Responses
This component captures user responses based on the selected vForm Template. It stores the answers submitted by users.
vForm File Uploads
This is used to store external files or images that are uploaded as part of the survey process but are managed separately from the survey itself.
