Bulk Conversion of Sales Quotes to Sales Orders/Invoices

vBulk Bulk Quote Conversion enables users to convert multiple Quotes into Orders or Invoices in one action, using selection sets and filters to streamline the process.

This allows Quotes to be bulk managed under team member licenses rather than forcing users to manage Orders which need to be managed under essential licenses, creating significant ongoing savings.

Process

1. Search for Purchase Quotes or Sales Quotes
   

2. Select the quotes to convert

3. Use Home > “Make Orders – Bulk” or “Make Invoices – Bulk”
   

Note

If an active Workflow exists, Quotes should be Approved and in a Released Status to be converted by vBulk.  If there is no active Workflow, Quotes in Open Status can be converted.

Setup

vBulk Bulk Quote Conversion requires no additional setup.  Once vBulk is installed, multiple Quotes can be selected and Bulk records generated.
