Bulk Emailing

vBulk extends Business Central’s native emailing functionality by enabling users to bulk email external-facing documents (e.g., sending multiple documents in a single operation) from supported pages/actions.

Setup

vBulk Bulk Email requires the following BC configurations being in place:

• Outlook REST API*

• Document Sending Profile

• Assignment of Document Sending Profile to the Customer Card

• Report Selection Sales

• Document Layout on the Customer Card

Important

“Allow HTTP Client Requests” is only relevant for sandbox environments.  Users should avoid sending bulk emails from the sandbox to protect data integrity and ensure that no unintended data breaches occur.

Process

• Select the documents (e.g., orders or posted documents) to send.
  

• Use the provided send action (e.g., Print/Send  Send) to execute bulk emailing.
