This guide walks you through configuring a Power BI Reports within PwE. With embedded Power BI reports in PwE, you can use the OOTB pre-built analytics on Gifs, Pipeline, Goal etc. and you can also create your own custom reports which could be displayed alongside the OOTB reports in PwE.
Prerequisites to setup:
You need:
Power BI Pro license for users to create, share and view embedded reports
create and publish Power BI workspace. Refer https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-create-the-new-workspaces
Install Power BI solution along with installation of PwE
Download PwE Power BI solution from Microsoft App Store.
Install PwE from App Store.
While installing PwE, enter the Ids for Power BI report “.pbix” files obtained from Power BI solution and the Ids of Bower BI Workspace in which these reports need to import.
Complete PwE installation.
Install Power BI solution after installation of PwE
Download PwE Power BI solution from Microsoft App Store.
Navigate to PowerApp’s required environment and open Solutions area
Navigate to Unmanaged Default Solution
Click on Environment Variable and search Power BI variables

Open individual Environment variable and enter Ids of respective “.pbix” file and your workspace Id in the ‘Default Value’.
