Work with a Planned Gift
Understand the Planned Gift record
A Planned Gift is the estate-administration record associated with a confirmed Bequest Opportunity.
The record maintains the relationship to the originating Opportunity and supporter. It supports the process from Pending Maturity through estate notification, probate or administration, distribution, receipt, and finalisation.
Financial commitments and receipts are managed through related records:
A Donor Commitment records an amount associated with a particular designation or purpose.
A Transaction records an interim or final receipt against a Donor Commitment.
