Publish Roster Pattern

Select Publish after completing the required pattern to update the status reason from Draft to Published.

Once a Roster Pattern is Published, it can be added to Rosters or Roster Positions, and used to generate the required Shifts.

Warning

Unpublishing a Roster Pattern is only recommended to stop a Roster Pattern from being selected when creating/updating a Roster or Roster Position. It is important to understand that changing and republishing a Roster Pattern will not affect shifts that have already been generated for a Roster.

If updates are needed to Roster Patterns going forward, it’s best to clone the Roster Pattern, make the changes in the new version, and use the updated Roster Pattern instead.
