Event Overview

The Events area of PowerWorker Engage contains the Setup and Event Transactions sections, with entities you use to create events, register donors, sell tickets, and manage event seating.

For your convenience, it also has a Manage Events section with the Campaigns entity and a Manage Lists section with the Marketing Lists entity. Develop donor and supporter bases. Get a comprehensive view of constituents, such as individuals, households, and organizations, so that you can connect more effectively through personalized engagement. Increase donor loyalty and lifetime giving by understanding and addressing their priorities.

These entities in the Events area contain records to store event-related data:

  • Event Setup records to create new events

  • Registration Package records to register donors for events

  • Ticket Registrations records to sell tickets secured in a registration package

  • Event Tables records to manage seating and group tickets
