Navigate to PowerRoster App > Demand Forecasting > Demand Forecast Models.
Click +New Demand Forecast Data to create new demand forecast data.

Fill in the required fields and Save.

Field	Description
*Name	Enter the name of the Demand Forecast Data
*Forecast Model	Auto-populated based on the Forecast Model currently in use
*From	The starting date and time for the Demand Forecast
*To	The ending date and time for the Demand Forecast
*Volume	Represents shift count or duration for the specified day or period
Source	Additional information about the data’s source (if applicable)
Position	Specific position associated with the demand forecast
Roster Persona	The persona tied to the demand forecasting

Information
Demand models can be created and imported in intervals as small as 15 minutes. Currently, the demand forecast view displays data in hourly intervals, but this can be adjusted for greater granularity based on your specific requirements.
Only day or hour are supported for a Demand Forecast Data record.
The From and To fields support whole hours only (e.g., 09:00, 10:00 or 11:00).
The From and To fields do not support hours and minutes (e.g., 11:15,11:30 or 11:45 are not allowed).
Day: Configured by setting From to midnight of target day and To to midnight of the next day (e.g., From: 03/03/2023 00:00 To: 04/03/2023 00:00).
Hour: Configured by setting From to the target date and time and To to one hour later From: 03/03/2022 09:00 To: 03/03/2022 10:00).
