Received funds are recorded against donor commitments, with totals and variance rolled up to the gift.

Contact Snapshot Summary

Donor Churn Risk
Overview: Calculates a churn risk score for each donor and groups supporters into low, medium and high risk, drawing on giving recency, frequency, value and engagement, with high-risk donors clearly flagged.

Lapsed Donor Detection
Overview: Automatically identifies supporters whose last gift falls outside the expected window, while correctly excluding those with an active pledge or recurring gift, and suppressing deceased, do-not-contact and restricted records.
