Smart-Assign is a feature in PowerRoster that allows you to assign Frontline Workers based on models created within the PowerRoster settings. This feature enables you to automatically fill unassigned shifts with available Frontline Workers according to the rules outlined in the selected model. You can access Smart-Assign within the Roster form.
To use Smart-Assign, you must first create a model in the PowerRoster settings, as it is a prerequisite for this feature.
