vGroup Scheduler is a group scheduling add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Resource Scheduling. It enables dispatchers to schedule Requirement Groups by identifying and booking multiple resources that can start work simultaneously while matching skills, characteristics, availability, and configurable business constraints.
The product addresses a core limitation in standard Dynamics 365 Field Service, where:
• Custom attributes and advanced filtering are available for individual resource requirements, but
• Equivalent assisted scheduling is not available for Requirement Groups.
